Project Overview
For OTPP, our team delivered a complex and detailed fit-out for their prestigious offices in 10 Portman Square. The scope included a wide variety of bespoke joinery installations and AV wall integrations, requiring precision craftsmanship and problem-solving throughout the process.
Our favourite part of the project was seeing all the pieces come together. Watching our work evolve into the final product, especially the AV walls, was incredibly rewarding. Each element blended perfectly into the sophisticated environment we helped create. The large AV walls, in particular, were both a highlight and a challenge. The sheer size of the TVs required careful planning to ensure they fit seamlessly into the joinery.
Despite delays on-site, which impacted our programme, the outcome was something we are proud of. The project presented several challenges, but the final look of the space, especially the reception area and meeting rooms, exceeded expectations.
Favourite Moment
Our favourite moment was seeing the entire project come to life. Watching the AV walls, reception area, and meeting rooms evolve from concept to completion was incredibly satisfying. The AV walls, in particular, stood out as a highlight of the project due to the complexity and size of the TVs we integrated into the joinery.
Challenges Faced
The most challenging part of the project was working with the large AV walls and enormous TVs, which had to be carefully integrated into our joinery work. Additionally, site delays impacted our programme, which created further challenges in maintaining the timeline. However, through careful coordination and perseverance, we managed to complete the project to a high standard.
Final Thoughts
Despite the complications and challenges along the way, we are incredibly proud of the final product. The reception desk, AV walls, and meeting rooms all came together beautifully, delivering a sleek, modern office space that reflects the high standards of OTPP. Looking back, the craftsmanship and attention to detail shine through in every aspect of the project. We’re proud of what we achieved, and the final photos serve as a testament to the effort and skill of our team.
