Project Overview
For CIMA London, we completed a sleek and modern fit-out across the 8th floor of 30 Crown Place. The project involved primarily freestanding joinery pieces, which made the installation process straightforward. Our work featured a mix of practical elements like movable drink stations and IT bars alongside aesthetic pieces like booth seating and planters, all designed to create a functional and stylish workspace. Our favourite moment of this project was installing the booth seating, as you can see in these festive photos, perfectly capturing the spirit of the work. The biggest challenge was sourcing metal workers within a short timeframe to accommodate the tight schedule, but the coordination paid off, and the project stayed on track. This was an enjoyable project, with minimal complications and a straightforward execution thanks to the freestanding nature of the joinery.
Favourite Moment
The installation of the booth seating was a highlight of this project. Seeing the final setup come together, especially during the festive season with the Christmas tree adding a touch of cheer, made the process memorable.
Challenges Faced
The tight schedule required us to outsource metal workers quickly to meet the project timeline. Despite this challenge, we successfully integrated the metal components, maintaining the quality and cohesion of the overall design.
Final Thoughts
The project was an enjoyable and relatively easy installation due to the freestanding nature of the joinery. Each piece was carefully crafted to ensure functionality and aesthetic consistency, creating a workspace that was both practical and visually striking. Despite the challenges, we were proud to deliver a polished final product that met the client’s expectations.
